Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining
A resin-saturated felt liner is inverted through a cleanout and cured in place, creating a jointless pipe-within-a-pipe that stops root intrusion and seals cracks in cast iron, clay tile and Orangeburg lines common in Lakewood, Oak Cliff and Preston Hollow homes built before 1975.
Pipe bursting for collapsed lines
When a line is fully collapsed or bellied, a bursting head pulls new HDPE pipe through the old path from two small access pits. It is the fastest way to replace a lateral that runs under a mature live oak, a pool deck or a city sidewalk.
Who qualifies
A HD camera inspection confirms whether the pipe diameter, bends and offset joints allow lining. Most 4-inch and 6-inch residential laterals across Dallas, Richardson and Garland qualify.
